Return and Refund Policy

At Brightmart, we value your satisfaction. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.
 
1. Return Window
We offer a, 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
 
2. Eligibility Criteria for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:
  • Unused, unwashed, and unworn.
  • In its original packaging with all tags, labels, and hygiene seals intact.
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items:
  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, plants).
  • Personal care or hygiene products (e.g., beauty products, innerwear).
  • Customized or personalized items.
  • Items purchased during a “Final Sale” or “Clearance.”
3. Return Process
  1. Request: Email us  brightsoapm@gmail. with your Order ID and photos of the product you wish to return.
  2. Approval: Once your return is approved, we will share instructions on how to send the package.
  3. Pickup: In most cases, we will arrange a reverse pickup. If your pin code is not serviceable for reverse pickup, you may be asked to ship the item back to us (shipping costs may be reimbursed based on the case).
4. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
 
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved Refunds: The refund will be processed back to your original payment method within [5–7] business days.
  • COD Orders: For Cash on Delivery orders, we will request your bank account details to process the refund via NEFT/UPI.
  • Note: Shipping charges and COD fees are non-refundable.
6. Damaged or Wrong Products
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within [24–48] hours of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and make it right immediately.
 
7. Cancellations
You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placement or before it has been dispatched, whichever is earlier. Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled, and the standard return policy will apply.
