1. Shipping Destinations

- We ship to most pin codes across India.
- Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
- Note: Delivery to certain remote areas or Northeast states may take 2–3 business days longer than the standard estimate.

2. Shipping Charges

- Free Shipping: Available on all orders above Some amount (Check in website)
- Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your payment.

3. Processing & Delivery Timelines

- Order Processing: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within [1–2] business days.
- Estimated Delivery Time:
  - - Metro Cities: 3–5 business days.
    - Rest of India: 5–7 business days.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS containing the tracking number and the name of the courier partner (e.g., Delhivery, BlueDart, Ecom Express). You can track your package directly on the courier’s website.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

- We offer COD for most pin codes.
- A non-refundable COD handling fee of ₹[Insert Amount] may apply to these orders.
- Please ensure someone is available at the address to make the payment upon delivery.

6. Undelivered Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the parcel, we will contact you for a reshipment.

- Note: Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping undelivered orders.

7. Damaged Shipments

If you receive a package that is visibly damaged or tampered with, please:

1. Do not accept the delivery.
2. Take a photo/video of the damaged packaging.
